A bold Champagne for natural-wine lovers with bruised-apple and redcurrant aromas. Rather full-bodied and well structured, but also very dry with a level of acidity that some may find a bit challenging. A 100% pinot meunier from the Vallée de la Marne, 50% 2017 vintage and 50% 2018.
