The palate is fresh, fruity, incisive / frank and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, minerality, a fine gourmandize as well as tension. The effervescence is very fine and frank. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy nectarine, crunchy / juicy green apple and small notes of vine peach associated with small touches of peach blossoms, lemon blossoms as well as a subtle hint of kumquat, zest and an imperceptible hint of butter brioche.
