The old vines of Chenin are grown on limestone soil in organic farming. The harvest is manual, with meticulous sorting of the grapes. Vinification is carried out in barrels with a maturing period of 12 months. The wine has a beautiful bright golden colour. An expressive nose with fruit aromas. On the palate, notes of fruit, peach and pear, all for a structured body with a long persistence.
