Jérôme’s half-hectare of vines are ideally situated in the Grand Maupertuis lieu-dit, on the Vosne side. This is rich, ripe and full-bodied with powerful dark fruit and a liquorice, menthol feel. The finish, however, is mouth-watering in its freshness, with chalky, stony tannins.
