This 15-year-old Madeira from Henriques & Henriques is made with 100% Malvasia grapes. Matured using the Canteiro method – slowly moving the casks from hotter areas of the barrel-houses to areas with a cooler temperature – it has an added complexity and character with rich fruity notes and warm spices throughout the palate.
