The NV Pedro Ximenez VORS, produced with Pedro Ximenez grapes is opaque, very dark brown, almost black-colored. It has the feeling of a very, very old, wine, with a note of coconut that I link to extreme concentration and age and that I find in other extremely old sweet wines. The nose is a symphony of dark chocolate, mocha and roasted coffee, with a thick, dense and oily palate. This is an extreme wine, very concentrated, sweet (458 grams of sugar per liter), intense and long, with a bitter touch that compensates the sweetness and makes it more drinkable. This is a beast of a wine, thick, intense and concentrated, to sip in very small quantities.
