Mélanie Pfister learned the art of fine crémants from her father and presents a remarkably beautiful example with the "breit". A Blancs de Blancs with a lion's share of Chardonnay, partly from thirty-year-old vines. The cuvée with Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois impresses with a compact, delicate fruit with fine brioche notes and presents itself with an elegant, fine creamy mousseux on the palate. Mélanie relies on fresh acidity and minerality. This crémant has just retained three grams of sugar.
