The Sauvignon Blanc Quartzit 2021 from the Pfluger winery is an estate wine from Bad Dürkheim in the Palatinate. The organic wine is characterized by its cool minerality and the scent of white currants, juicy peaches and exotic passion fruit. The quartzite soil contributes a salty minerality to this wonderfully fresh and incredibly light Sauvignon Blanc with a medium body, good acidity and moderate alcohol content.
