A Pétillant Naturel blanc made from 60% Pinot Blanc and 40% Silvaner: a pleasant nose of apple strudel, hazelnuts, melon, a soft touch of yeast and a delicate smokiness. A round texture on the palate, very pleasant perlage, despite 10 vol.% alc. a good fullness in the mouth, light hints of puff pastry, gently tart, rather restrained acidity, wonderful floral accents develop towards the finish.
