This barrel-fermented Blanc de Blancs is loaded with flavors of yellow plums, apricots, candied ginger, citrus rind, and brioche, and is bottled Extra Brut, though essentially as close to zero dosage as can be. According to Pierre, Vozemieux is rounder and more open. We mean it when we say that this bottle is a real treat.
