This wine comes from a plot located in Savigny-en Sancerre, outside the AOC Sancerre appellation area, with a different terroir (less clay-limestone) which gives lighter and less aromatic wines, while retaining the great characteristics of the Sauvignon blanc grape variety. It is a dry wine with a brilliant pale yellow color with green reflections and a complex nose with notes of exotic fruits and white flowers.
