This one a fantastic fruity scent with loads of cherries and raspberries, a hint of licorice and dried rose petals. The fruit can also be found in the taste, which also offers lovely notes of dark chocolate and lots of spices. Firm tannins and a structure as soft as silk leave an impression of an enormously drinkable wine that nevertheless appears immensely complex at the same time. One thing is for sure: Oiseau Rare tastes and smells terrific!
