Luminous yellow with green reflections, this wine has a beautifully pronounced bouquet of flint, elderflowers, gooseberries, green pepper, sage and mint. It is pleasantly salty and minerally, fresh on the palate and, with its finely integrated acidity, juicy in the finish.
