Bright purple in the glass with alluring notes of spiced black cherries, plums and violets. The palate is luxuriantly rich, laden with crunchy red and black berries and a pleasing raspy tone. Fine framing tannins funnel the wine along. This is a lively Beaujolais with just enough of a serious side to please the more discerning drinker.
