"Charlouise" by Vincent Pinard is a red wine produced in the Sancerre area based on 100% Pinot Noir. Obtained from vineyards of about 50 years, once the best bunches are chosen, these are pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged in mainly new wooden barrels for 11-18 months. An excellent label to be consumed throughout the meal, thanks to its smooth and harmonious sip supported by aromas of small red fruits, scents of undergrowth, spicy notes and light mentholated hints.
