The palate is laser-focused with a saline minerality and a mix of stone fruit and citrus flavors: apricot, white peach, yellow plum, Meyer lemon and ruby red grapefruit. There is excellent concentration of flavor which is impeccably balanced by a racy, crystaline acidity, giving the impression of feather-weight body and gossamer mouthfeel.
