The nose of the 2022 Summer-Salters Rosé II is flat-out inspirational. There is a nod to the classics while still being fully extradimensional in its being. On the palate we are transformed by the layered, juicy, energy of Shake Ridge Ranch. There are cascading layers of salted watermelon, strawberry, river stones from Sierra peaks, bergamot, surf-able waves of minerals, and beautifully balanced acidity.
