One of the few Organic sakes produced in Japan. Surrounded by rice fields and mountains, the air and water in this area is clean and fresh. The region is surrounded by three flowing rivers and has managed to avoid tourism, adding to the peaceful feeling. Soft and subdued rice flavor, mild melon aromas. Clean, dry and straightforward, clean bright young banana in the aromas, slightly rich yet clean rice-based flavors.
