The wine is usually consumed young and does not particularly benefit from aging, as varietal Sauvignon Blancs tend to develop vegetal aromas reminiscent of pears and asparagus with extended aging. Dry and sweet white Bordeaux, including in flavor with white peach and lime makes Newen Sauvignon Blanc slightly acidic. Newen Sauvignon Blanc is bright greenish-yellow color. A pleasant entry in the mouth, fruity and a balanced and distinguished acidity. Newen Sauvignon Blanc is delicious long Finish in the mouth.
