Walter Hansel Winery usually acquires Sauvignon Blanc from Lake County, but this bottling was sourced from sites in and around Dry Creek Valley. Stephen Hansel says this about the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, "This is from purchased fruit from a variety of sites and clones. The fermentation was very slow but steady and continued for well over a month. The result is a fabulous representation of this varietal with vibrant nose and long lingering finish.
