A true Champagne coming from Montagne de Reims, one of five sub-regions within Champagne's wine region. 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier. Pale yellow with fluttering effervesence in the glass, its palate is well-structured with flavors of biroche, white fruits, lemon, and almond. Its finish is delcious and elegant, making for an excellent champagne to bring, to share, and to enjoy.
