Terroir Al Limit

In 2001, Eben Sadie and Dominik Huber met at Mas Martinet. Eben, a skilled enologist from South Africa, and Dominik, a wine enthusiast with a business background, both fell in love with the region and decided to make their own wine. With support from the Pérez family, they started at Cims de Porrera, then moved to Torroja del Priorat in 2003. They launched various cuvées over the years.

As Terroir al Limit expanded, Dominik joined full-time in 2007. Their goal is to create wines emphasizing infusion over extraction and elegance over typical Priorat heaviness. They're evolving by gradually shifting from oak to concrete aging for a purer expression in each cuvée.
