Founded by South African-born Dominik Huber, Terroir al Límit has become one of Spain’s most admired and influential wineries. Working exclusively in Priorat, Huber’s philosophy draws inspiration from Burgundy, emphasizing low intervention, organic farming, and a deep connection to vineyard terroir.

The wines—primarily from old-vine Garnacha and Cariñena grown on steep slate (llicorella) slopes—are fermented with whole clusters, aged in concrete or neutral foudres, and bottled with minimal sulfur. The result is a style that’s refined, transparent, and profoundly expressive, often described as "Grand Cru Priorat."

This collection includes flagship cuvées like Dits del Terra, Les Tosses, Les Manyes, and Torroja, each a benchmark for modern Spanish winemaking.
