The NumeroZero is the figurehead of the Fratelli Muratori: Since its inception, it has been the bearer of a very precise company decision: zero dosage, i.e. without the addition of a sweet reserve at the start of bottle fermentation. The perfectly suitable soils of moraine origin give the base wine its unique character. The wine then matures for at least 30 months towards its intended use. The result is a classy Franciacorta with a fine and persistent perlage, rich in fruity and floral notes, with intense aromas and scents of lime, broom and citrus fruits.
