This wine opens with aromas and flavors that last throughout the tasting. Lemongrass, lime leaf, just-ripe white peach and nectarine, nasturtium leaf and fresh coriander take the lead. A hint of ginger and flinty minerality ride in the background. The mouthfeel is smooth, almost glycerin in texture, but acidity creates the lightness and brightness so loved in a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
