Between two streams and at an altitude of 1,370 metres, this Chardonnay vineyard has not been irrigated for three years. And it gives wines of great concentration and strength, with the depth of a great white. This version is tremendous in acidity and maturity, both fighting and giving balance. It is refreshing and deep, rich with layers of saline flavors. In addition, there is a small proportion (just over 1%) of wine aged under the veil of flor.
