A red highlight from Stellenbosch from the north-western slopes of Helderberg, the "Médoc of Stellenbosch". The wine was aged in French oak barrels and shows an expressive bouquet of wild berries, cassis and spices. Full-bodied on the palate with fine tannins, good depth and nice extract. The finale is elegant and long, as you might expect at Boekenhoutskloof.
