In this traditional Brut, Xarel-lo offers a foundational structure for aging, Macabeo lends elegance and delicate bitter notes, and Parellada connects the elements with a refreshing, citric acidity. It pours pale-gold in color and has very fine, soft bubbles. The nose is full of citrus with soft, woody notes. The palate is round and elegant with sweet fruits and raw almonds.
