Very aromatic, with tons of yellow apple, lemon curd, chamomile and fresh garden herbs. Impressive substance and harmony for the vintage. Juicy and focused, with a wonderful texture and an intense wet-stone finish that’s beautifully balanced. Very good aging potential. Vegan.
