This is attractive, with black raspberries and blueberries on offer, as well as hints of lilacs, red spices and crushed stones. So fresh and pure character. Full-bodied, big, structured and tight with a fine-grained, chiseled tannin structure that needs some time to soften and integrate, with rich dark and blue fruit hidden underneath. Long and chewy finish. A blend of merlot and petit verdot.
