Brut white sparkling wine made using the traditional method from a blend of white varieties, including Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Chardonnay, with at least 9 months of aging with the yeasts before disgorging. It shows white fruits accompanied by floral, herbal and dried fruit notes, all balanced by pleasant acidity, firm and creamy texture and a pleasant finish, with saline and citrus touches.
