Balanced structures and rich flavors are consistent throughout the 2019 vintage wines. Each component in this blend was fermented separately in French oak barrels with 30% new oak. Lees were stirred regularly during fermentation and the first two months of aging. Malolactic fermentation was allowed to proceed in barrel before being stopped at 80%. The components were then blended together to create a winemaker's cuvée that is expressive of the cool climate, nuance, and balance of the Sonoma Coast appellation.
