Concentrated aromas of green melon rind, pear, and banana, with a creamy, slightly lactic quality to the finish. Great structure and depth, plus plenty of complexity. Try it with grilled Siracha-buttered shrimp, or roasted beet, kumquat, and farro salad with microgreens and white grapefruit vinaigrette.
