The 2013 Lot 4 Sauvignon Blanc is produced with the grapes from a single 1.5-hectare plot of vines planted with the Sancerre clone, which is not that common in Chile, on red clay and granite soils. 15% of the must fermented in 400-liter oak barrels and the wine aged in contact with the lees for six months. The nose is more restrained and feels more concentrated, the palate is very sharp, with superb acidity, a saline feeling, and a crunchy texture.
