A homage to the great terroir of the various plots, around 80% of which are in Premier Cru and 20% are even in Grand Cru locations. The grapes for this cuvée - 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir - come from vines that are on average around 30 years old. The basis is three consecutive vintages, which are aged in steel tanks, with an additional approximately 40% reserve wines from wooden barrels. Thanks to the Pinot content, the typical Chardonnay aromas of citrus fruits, peach and melon are also accompanied by notes of apple and red berries, underlined by a delicate spiciness. Wonderfully fresh and clear on the palate, gripping with precision, good fullness and a subtle mineral chalk touch on the finish.
